Delivery and download

Everything we sell is a digital file. Nothing is shipped and there is no delivery charge.

When you get the files

Straight away. As soon as your payment goes through you land on a page with the download link, and the same link arrives at the email address you gave at checkout.

If the email does not arrive

Check your spam folder first: messages with download links often end up there. If there is still nothing after ten minutes, write to support@digitalmegy.com with your order number and we will send the files by hand.

How long the link lasts

It does not expire. Change computer or lose the files and you can download them again from your account, or write to us at any point.

What you need to open them

PDFs open in any reader, already installed on every computer and phone. Editable templates need a free Canva account. Planners meant for a tablet need an annotation app such as GoodNotes or Notability.
