Fourteen days, even on digital files

With digital content a shop is generally allowed to withdraw the right to cancel once the download has begun, provided the customer agreed to that at the time of purchase.

We give the refund anyway. If the product is not what you expected, write to us within 14 days of your purchase and we refund you, without asking you to justify yourself. This is our own commercial choice, and it is more generous than we are obliged to be.

How to ask for a refund

Write to support@digitalmegy.com with your order number. We reply within one working day. There is nothing to send back: since these are files, we simply ask you to delete them and stop using them.

How long it takes

The refund goes back to the payment method you used, within 14 days of your request. Your bank may take a few days more to show it.

Damaged or incomplete files

If a file will not open or something is missing, write to us and we replace it immediately. There is no time limit on that.
